 Impetino's Journal
« Thread Started on Jul 26, 2007, 8:26pm »

Hey,

Today was slightly uneventful.
The clouds in the sky were a murkey grey, looming over the houses, ominous looking. Normaly they would not be worth the mention, but at the moment they are a spectacular pallet of oranges, golds, pinks and purples. Not to mention the brilliant blue sky above them.
This is quite an odd occasion, too. i don't normaly talk about the weather. However, I must stress that my log will be iteresting, so please do read.
When I woke in the morning, I was determined to finish the Harry Potter book (or Harry Fodder as I like to call him), so I stayed in bed until I finished it.
Don't fret, I won't spoil the ending.
After finishing the book, I went downstairs where someone had cut some bread for me, and left out some fish. I made my self two sanwiches, one of tuna, and one of salmon. The salmon was may favourite, so I left it till last, to savour it.
At that point, I decided to go on the computer.
I have to recomend some bands now, sorry for the plug, but you never know, you might turn out to like them.
Fall Out Boy (my fave), Lemon Demon )you won't find these guys in record stores, so search for them on the internet), MCR (My Chemical Romance), Nirvana (my fave song is 'smells like teen spirit').
In the evening, I began to make my new avatar, including a few of my favourite things in it. I might finish by the end of tonight, or I might not.
Well, I can't think of anything alse I did today, so Bye!

P.S. Feel free to respond to my posts, but only if they are relevant to what I have said.
Please don't however, post any of your journal entries here, make your own thread to do that.

Re: Impetino's Journal - Poem Competition

Yay! I won the poetry competition!
You may have heard from Matternacht about her poem being published in the book, 'Away With Words', and mine is too!

I got the news yesterday, it came with a copyright consent form, certificate, a letter and a proofcopy of the poem.

I'll post it here later, but for now i must get ready to go out, just thought I'd post the news here!
